Our intensive full-immersion English language programmes run for two or five days from September to May inclusive and are open to language learners aged sixteen and over. Morning classes are with native, experienced and fully qualified English language teachers and will develop your communicative skills through a series of interpersonal and task-based activities which are both interesting and fun. Course director Adi Vickers has been teaching English to adults and teenagers for over twenty years in Ireland, Spain, Italy and Laos and is a qualified teacher trainer and counsellor. Below you will find a typical timetable for our weekend course. Five-day courses with arrival on Sunday at 1800 and departure on Friday at 1500 follow the same daily timetable. Afternoon activities vary from walks in the mountains, yoga-in-English, cookery classes, traditional Irish dancing classes, visitis to places of interest around Garfagnana and evenings of singing around the piano. You will have the possibility of practicing your English all day long as well as time to prepare tasks for the following day.
